Filmed at Reading Crown Court, this film is a dramatisation of a Plea In Mitigation hearing, using legally accurate dialogue and actors. Filmed in one day with the marvellous Christie Peto in the lead role, we had a real mountain to climb but the cast and crew came up trumps - despite an impromptu Ministry of Justice visit during filming!
